A Wisconsin court on Monday will begin hearing a high-profile case involving US charges against Chinese wind turbine OEM Sinovel for alleged theft of trade secrets from its former technology supplier Massachusetts-based AMSC.
Sinovel, its US subsidiary, two Sinovel executives and a former AMSC employee also face criminal charges for wire fraud and criminal copyrights offences.
According to a federal indictment, those actions caused AMSC, then known as American Semiconductor Co.,
