Molded Fiber Glass (MFG) Companies has shelved plans to close its wind turbine blade manufacturing plant in Aberdeen, South Dakota, after receiving what it says is a “substantial new order.”
"We are delighted and grateful for this unexpected order and what it means for our teammates and the community of Aberdeen," David Giovannini, senior vice president at MFG, said in a statement.
