Wind OEM Vestas has bagged a 279MW order from Swedish developer Eolus Vind.
The deal – which covers four projects – takes Vestas’ Swedish order intake above 1GW in 2017, the Danish manufacturer said.
Vestas will deliver 74 V136-3.45 MW turbines, power optimised to 3.6MW or 3.8MW, for Eolus’s Kråktorpet, Nylandsbergen, Sötterfällan and Anneberg projects.
The order includes 15- or 20-year service agreements, and will see deliveries in late 2018 and the first half of 2019.
