Vestas clinched its largest order in India after being awarded a 250MW turnkey deal by developer Ostro Kutch.
The Danish wind group will build and equip the project in the Kutch district of Gujarat with 125 of its V110-2.0 MW turbines.
The plant, due for commissioning by the third quarter of 2018, was one of the winners in India’s pioneering inter-state wind auction held in February this year.
