Pittsburgh-based EverPower Holdings – majority-owned by Terra Firma Capital Partners in the UK – is in the final stages of negotiating the sale of its 20-project, 2GW-plus wind pipeline to a European utility looking to enter the US market.
Chief executive James Spencer confirmed the status of those talks but did not name the utility, or when he expected the sale to conclude, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported.
