Portugal, Korea seek RE links

Portugal and South Korea have signed an agreement to expand renewable energy co-operation as the countries’ leaders held summit talks in Seoul.

A memorandum of understanding (MOU) agreeing to seek joint projects in renewables was signed on the sidelines of the summit.

Portuguese president Anibal Cavaco Silva and South Korean counterpart Park Geun-hye discussed ways to increase bilateral co-operation over a range of areas, including trade, investment and shipping.
