A fourth developer has expressed interest in placing wind turbines on floating foundations off the coast of Oahu, the most populous island in the US state of Hawaii, Recharge has learned.
The federal Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) is withholding the name while it determines whether the company is legally, technically and financially qualified to participate in future lease area sales.
