A coalition of companies, civil society organisations and actors has launched a new campaign to support UK offshore wind by “taking over Westminster tube station” aiming to draw the attention of ministers and MPs walking to work.
The coalition, comprising Greenpeace, WWF and the Marine Conservation Society, took over the station in London with posters with the message that electricity from offshore wind is half the price it was just two years ago.
