Enel Green Power remains open to adding to its already huge fleet of wind farms in Oklahoma, despite the state’s controversial decision to eliminate a special incentive years earlier than promised.
Any more policy setbacks, however, would be tough to swallow.
“It’s been a very complex year for the wind industry in Oklahoma,” admits Rafael Gonzalez, chief executive of EGP North America, the Massachusetts-based unit of Italy’s Enel Group.
