London-headquartered marine warranty and engineering outfit Global Maritime has inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with a group of Taiwanese organisations to cooperate on the development off the Asian nation’s offshore wind sector.
Signatories to the MoU, which ranges over offshore wind technologies including marine warranty surveys, inspections and testing services, included classification society CR, the country’s Institute of Economic Research, Metal Industries Research and Development Centre and the Electric Research & Testing Centre.
