With the Brazilian government poised to restart tendering in December after a two-year hiatus, the country’s wind industry has plenty of grounds for optimism if it can align its strategy with a changing policy landscape.

That was a key conclusion of the Brazil Windpower Thought Leaders Roundtable, organised by Recharge and the Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC) in Rio de Janeiro to coincide with the Brazil Windpower 2017 industry event.
