Aquila Capital has acquired a small 25MW wind farm near Kappel, Denmark, taking the investor’s transaction volume in the sector past the 1GW mark.
The project, previously owned by European Energy AS, is made up of seven 3.6MW Vestas turbines, running under a long-term full maintenance contract with the OEM.
