Russia’s state atomic energy corporation, Rosatom, is looking at a potential investment in Indian turbine group Inox Wind, whose electronic control system (ECS) technology is licensed by AMSC, a US firm based in Massachusetts.

Mint business newspaper in Delhi reports a source as saying that talks were in “early stages.” Rosatom is said to view India’s second largest wind-turbine maker as a supply chain investment opportunity in the country’s fast-growing wind energy space.
