Bird charity asks top UK court to hear 2.3GW offshore wind case

The ongoing legal battle over 2.3GW of Scottish offshore wind dragged on as a bird charity said it will apply to take its fight against the developments to the UK’s highest court.

RSPB Scotland gave notice it will apply directly to the Supreme Court in London to appeal against Scottish government consent for four projects that it claims will damage bird colonies.
