Statoil has carried out an asset swap deal with its partners in the Dogger Bank wind farm development off the UK that will see it boost its stake in three of the four projects under the overall scheme, while exiting the fourth.

The Norwegian oil and gas giant will gain 50% interests in the Creyke Beck A and B, and Teesside A projects under the agreement with Innogy and SSE, with SSE owning the other 50% and Innogy taking 100% ownership of the fourth project, Teesside B.
