US wind and grid technology company AMSC reported its fiscal first quarter net loss widened to $15.3m, or $0.91 per share, as wind led a revenue decline and costs continued to increase.
A year earlier, net loss was $10.3m, or $0.76 per share. Revenue during the latest quarter was $8.92m, which exceeded analysts’ expectations, but was sharply down from $13.34m
