The developer of the $3bn multi-state TransWest Express wind energy transmission project looks to finalize permitting and obtain remaining land required along the route that could enable start of construction in fourth quarter 2018.
"Hopefully, we can have the remaining permits and right-of-ways we need to perhaps begin some construction by the end of next year," says Kara Choquette, spokeswoman for TransWest Express LLC.
