India’s Inox Wind has won its appeal against the start of insolvency proceedings by a creditor, the company said in a statement on the Mumbai Stock Exchange.

Inox Wind – one of the highest-profile domestic groups active in India’s wind sector – was in mid-July forced to reassure investors over its “fundamental solvency” after the country’s National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) agreed to start the corporate insolvency process at the request of the creditor concerned, a company called Jeena & Co.
