Dong Energy moved another step forward with the 2.4GW Hornsea 3 project with a preliminary environmental impact report on the offshore wind mega-development off eastern England.
The Danish group published the report as it began a two-month round of formal public consultation over the project, which if fully developed would dwarf even the Hornsea 1 & 2 wind farms, due to come in at 1.2GW
