Irish player Greencoat Renewables is soon to be admitted to trade its shares through an initial public offering on both the Irish and the London Stock Exchange.

Following “heavy demand” during the book-building process, Greencoat said it increased the issue to a total of €270m ($310m), by issuing 270 million ordinary shares at an €1 per share.

Admission is expected to occur and trading commence on 25 July on ESM, a market operated by the Irish Stock Exchange, and on AIM, a market operated by the London Stock Exchange, the company said.
