Denmark’s Dong Energy is to continue its long-standing relationship with Durham University in northeast England, supporting PhD research to help increase wind turbine efficiency.
Dong will support two PhD research studentships through the Durham Energy Institute (DEI) which forms part of the university.
The institute supports and produces cutting-edge energy research drawing on the expertise of researchers across departments in science, social science and humanities.
