Spain's CL Grupo Industrial has set the seal on the takeover of compatriot renewables contractor Global Energy Services (GES), via the buy-up of shares in subsidiary GES Siemsa SA.
The acquisition of GES, which offers services in areas ranging across engineering, construction, operation and maintenance for both wind and solar plants, adds 1,000 international personnel to CL Grupo Industrial's ranks.
