Germany’s Nordex has been awarded a deal by Acciona Energia to supply the second construction phase of the 132MW Mount Gellibrand wind farm in Australia.
The contract is a follow-up deal with the Spanish player, after Nordex already delivered 22 of these AW125/3000 turbines for the first construction phase of the wind farm.
Nordex will be shipping the necessary components to Australia this autumn, after which Acciona will start installation.
