EXCLUSIVE | Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy is vying to win a clutch of commercial-scale offshore wind projects in Taiwan, Japan and South Korea out of its recently opened office in the Taiwanese capital of Taipei, offshore wind chief executive Michael Hannibal told Recharge.
“We are looking at the Taiwanese market that to the best of our knowledge will be the next larger market coming in APEC (Asia-Pacific),” Hannibal said in an interview at the Offshore Wind Energy 2017 event.
