Vestas has bagged 220MW of orders in Argentina, taking its total in the promising South American wind market to about 450MW over the last six months.
The Danish wind group will deliver 62 of its V126-3.45 machines to Genneia, which will use them at its two-phase Puerto Madryn project, with commissioning in 2018 and 2019.
The deal includes a 10-year service agreement and extends a relationship that stretches back to 2010.
