Lincoln Clean Energy (LCE) expects to install 503MW of wind capacity in the US this year, a record for the Chicago-based developer, and a similar amount in 2018, as it accelerates growth under new owner I Squared Capital.

“We have more than 1GW of projects in our pipeline,” says Philip Moore, vice-president, development, at LCE. The company is focused on developing projects between 200MW and 300MW in the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) and the Southwest Power Pool (SPP) areas.
