Canada’s Northland Power and Singapore-based developer Yushan Energy hope to jointly build 1.2GW of offshore wind off Taiwan early in the next decade, the latter told Recharge.
Their joint venture, called Hai Long, is proceeding with the development of two offshore wind farms in the Changhua Sea off Taiwan.
