Northern Europe will remain the main focus of floating wind power development even as other regions come into play, according to engineering consultancy Atkins.
Una Brosnan, business and strategy development manager at Atkins, told the All Energy conference in Glasgow the consultancy's research suggests the future of floating wind is based around European markets such as the UK and France, and further afield Japan and the US.
