The UK government-industry Offshore Wind Innovation Hub (OWIH), an initiative set up to shepherd technology-driven projects in the British sector, has launched a programme to “provide evidence-based identification of UK offshore wind innovation priorities, supply chain growth opportunities and a comprehensive view of the funding landscape”.

The Offshore Wind Innovation Exchange (OWIX) is designed to run on the OWIH’s website, which is backed by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) and supported by the Offshore Renewable Energy (ORE) Catapult and Innovate UK’s Knowledge Transfer Network.
