Germany-based wind OEM Senvion has finalised an order for the 203MW Trianel Borkum 2 (TWB2) wind farm off Germany.
A conditional contract for the project was signed in September 2016.
“With the contract completion achieved, the project can now enter the next phase of development,” said Senvion.
The wind farm is located 45km north of the island of Borkum in the German North Sea, adjacent to the already operational Trianel 200MW Borkum 1 array.
