The Lake Erie Energy Development Corp. (LEEDCo), the company behind the 20.7MW Icebreaker offshore wind project off the coast of Cleveland, Ohio, has been asked by a regulator to submit more information before its landmark project can proceed.

LEEDCo filed its formal application with the Ohio Power Siting Board in February of this year, but has been told the application does “not comply” with state law due to a lack of information, the Cleveland Plain Dealer newspaper reported.
