The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has agreed to support the construction, commissioning and operation of a 104.5MW onshore wind farm in northern Serbia by providing a €50m ($53.3m) loan to the project’s developer.
Serbian company Electrawinds K-Wind plans to invest a total of €180m in the construction of the Kovacica wind farm and a 220/33-35 KV substation.
