Lincoln Clean Energy, the US-based wind and solar developer, has announced the financing of its 250MW Willow Springs wind project in Texas, and confirmed it will once again hand the turbine order to long-time supplier General Electric.
Willow Springs, an extension the 230MW Horse Creek wind farm Lincoln completed in 2016, is located in Haskell County, Texas – to the north of Abilene – and entered construction last year.
