Bladena names former GE exec Jensen as chairman

Danish company Bladena, a specialist in turbine blade technology and systems, has named Anders Søe-Jensen as its new chairman.

The former GE Offshore and Vestas Offshore chief executive will take over the position from current chairman Mikael Bak.

Jensen will bring with him 17 years of experience in the offshore industry, most recently the top role at GE Offshore when the company formed a joint venture with Alstom.
