Brazil’s Industrial Development Agency (ABDI) plans to update a study of the country’s wind power supply chain, laying the ground for a long-term industrial policy enabling the sector to export 5GW of turbines and Brazil to reach a 30GW capacity by 2025.

“We are looking at the business environment to see how to improve competitiveness of costs and promote innovation,” Jorge Boeira, head of the work group at ABDI, tells Recharge.
