Italian cabling group Prysmian has been awarded contracts for the inner-park cabling at the 400MW Merkur and the 407MW Horns Rev 3 offshore wind projects in the German and Danish parts of the North Sea respectively.
“These two new important awards confirm the market recognition of the significant investments made in our production capabilities for the specific inter-array market segment as well as in our improved project management skills aimed at offering global project solutions to our customers,” said Alessandro Panico, sales team manager for offshore wind at Prysmian Group.
