EU regulatory authorities are set to wave through the Siemens-Gamesa wind power mega-merger, according to financial newswire Reuters.
The news agency cited two unnamed sources close to the issue confirming that the European Commission (EC) is satisfied with the deal on competition grounds and won't demand any extra conditions.
The EC is due to give its verdict on the merger by 13 March.
