Danish wind turbine manufacturer Vestas has received an order for 174 of its V110-2.0 machines for a 348MW project in the US.
Vestas neither disclosed the customer nor the project name, but said the contract includes the supply and commissioning of the wind turbines, as well as a multi-year service agreement.
Delivery of the wind turbines is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2018, with commissioning expected in the fourth quarter of 2018.
