Offshore Wind Consultants Limited (OWC) has secured a framework agreement to provide engineering and project management services for developer Iberdrola’s multi-gigawatt East Anglia wind power zone off the UK.
Under the deal, the consultancy, owned by international energy consultancy group Aqualis, will handle engineering for the 714MW East Anglia 1, 800MW East Anglia 1 North and 1.2GW East Anglia 3 developments, as well as project management services for the first of these wind farms, which are all located some 45km off eastern England.
