JP Morgan Asset Management has agreed to buy the 409MW UK onshore wind portfolio of the Infinis Group, said current owner Terra Firma.
Private equity group Terra Firma said the deal is expected to complete in the second quarter, and includes 343MW of operating capacity and 66MW that will come online imminently.
The 19-site Infinis portfolio is one of the largest in the UK under independent ownership, according to the two parties, who did not disclose terms of the deal.
