State-owned nuclear group Rosatom via its OTEK unit has chosen Dutch wind turbine manufacturer Lagerwey as partner to help it develop a 610MW onshore wind pipeline by creating a joint venture this year and transferring technology to the Russian company to satisfy strict local content rules.
