Investment giant Goldman Sachs via its Luxembourg-based New Energy Investment (NEI) vehicle has agreed to sell shares equivalent to 6.3% in Danish utility Dong Energy to institutional investors at a price of DKr245 per share, leaving NEI with a 7% stake in Dong.
