Vattenfall plans to participate in the upcoming German 1.55GW interim offshore wind auction with up to three projects, and may also take part in the next French offshore tendering round, Catrin Jung-Draschil, the head of portfolio and business development in the business area wind at the Swedish utility, tells Recharge.
