Bids for the 1.55GW first round of German interim offshore wind tender have to be handed in by April 3, and will have a price cap of €120 per megawatt hour of electricity produced, the Federal Network Agency BNetzA said.
The agency after that has about a month to announce the winners of the auction.
The date had originally been set at March 1, 2017, but then was postponed to April 1.
