Units of Anglo-Dutch oil giant Shell, Canada’s Enbridge Energy, and Norway’s Statoil are among the developers that have been qualified to participate in an upcoming US offshore wind tender off North Carolina, a heavyweight list that underscores the US offshore market's building momentum.
