German wind developer PNE Wind has completed the sale of an 80% stake in a 142MW wind farm portfolio to a unit of Allianz Renewable Energy Fund II, which is managed by Allianz Global Investors (Allianz GI), for €103m ($107.8m).
“With AllianzGI we have found a reliable and long-term partner for this wind farm portfolio,” says PNE Wind chief executive Markus Lesser.
