Danish wind turbine manufacturer Vestas has received a 200MW firm and unconditional order for wind turbines in the US.
At the customer’s request, Vestas is not disclosing the customer or project name.
The order takes the company’s announced order intake during the fourth quarter of 2016 above 1.5GW, and to 7.5GW this year so far.
That is lower than the 8.9GW
