Royal Dutch Shell after winning the tender for the 680MW Borssele 3&4 zone off the Netherlands plans to continue its expansion into offshore wind with bids in upcoming auctions in Europe, Doreen Bosman, the oil major’s business operations manager for wind business development told Recharge.
“We wouldn’t have jumped in just for one tender. We will look for more opportunities, especially in upcoming tenders in the UK and Germany,” she said.
