Poland has announced it will hold a first renewable energy tender on 30 December 2016, but a large portion of the volume to be auctioned off will be for biogas, while most other RE sources such as PV or wind are limited to small projects, which virtually excludes onshore wind.
The auction will have overall output limits and Poland’s energy regulator URE also established a maximum value for money to be spent on each group of technologies.
