The French government is edging closer to launch its third tender for fixed foundation offshore wind, but it wasn’t immediately clear what size the round would have, wind association France Énergie Éolienne told Recharge.
“The government should announce the criteria and launch the competitive dialogue process very soon,” the FEE’s offshore expert Matthieu Monnier said, adding that Paris had been waiting for a recommendation of energy regulator CRE to proceed.
